DMCA Policy

VibeStream respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on VibeStream infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the original work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material: The URL(s) of the content on VibeStream that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Physical or electronic signature: The signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
How to Submit
Please submit your DMCA notice through our contact page with "DMCA Notice" as the subject line.
Response Time
We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it (if applicable).
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed from VibeStream in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringer Policy
VibeStream will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
False Claims Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Do not make false claims.
